Day
1 - Engelberg
Arrival in Engelberg by train 2nd class from the Swiss border or airport. The mountain
village of Engelberg is the leading resort for summer and winter holidays in Central
Switzerland. (O)
Day 2 - Engelberg
Excursion to Mount Titlis – at 3020 m /10’000 ft. From Lucerne the train takes
you to the mountain monastery village Engelberg where you board a gondola
which takes you up to the Trubsee. You continue your trip by another gondola to
Stand and finally the first revolving Titlis
Rotair cable car takes you up to Mount Titlis. For a spectacular, close-up insight
into a glacier, visit the glacier cave and ride the Ice Flyer chairlift. You want to
enjoy the fun of winter in summer? All you need is make use of the equipment
available free of charge at the Titlis Glacier Park. Over (B/O)
Day 3 - Interlaken
Rail trip by Golden Pass Panoramic Brunig to Interlaken (panoramic seats in 1st
class only). Interlaken is a delightful destination for a memorable stay. The town
is located between the lakes of Thun and Brienz, at the foot of the Eiger, Mönch &
Jungfrau. In the evening you might enjoy an optional Swiss or Indian dinner cruise
on the lake of Brienz (May–August only). (B/O)
Day 4 - Interlaken
Return to Swiss border or airport or continue your stay in Switzerland at your own
