Day 1: Rio De Janeiro Assistance upon arrival and transfer to hotel. Afternoon free to explore or relax. Overnight. (O)
Day 2: Rio De Janeiro Breakfast. Today you will have a great opportunity to explore more of Rio De Janeiro and its surrounding areas with a tour to Sugar Loaf Mountain, the guardian of Guanabara Bay. Here, a trilling cable car ride will take you to the top of Sugar Loaf, at 395 meters above the city. Overnight. (B,O)
Breakfast. In the morning you will go to Christ the Redeemer statue in the mountain of Corcovado, located at 710 meters above the sea level and inaugurated in 1931. The tour begins in Cosme Velho's neighborhood from where the cog train starts a trip through the Tijuca Forest, the largest urban forest in the world, up to the statue. Once there, a panoramic and extraordinary view of Rio will be seeing including the Sugar Loaf, the Guanabara Bay, the beaches of Southern Zone and the Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon. After the visit of the Corcovado, the tour will continue to São Conrado area with a brief stop at the Pepino beach from where you appreciate the flight of hang gliding. Return to hotel. Afternoon free for leisure. In the evening, enjoy your outstanding "Rio by Night" Tour. First you will have dinner in one of Rio's famous Churrascarias (local steak house). Day 4: Rio de Janeiro - Salvador After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your short flight to Salvador da Bahia. Assistance upon arrival and transfer to hotel. Rest of day at leisure. (B,O)
Day 5: Salvador Breakfast. Today's city tour will take to to see the Upper and Lower cities and the colonial remnants of their cobblestone paved streets and stucco buildings, including the Sao Francisco Church, the Carmo Museum and Church, Mercado Modelo Market, and "The largo de Palourinho" (whipping Post Square), where slaves were auctuined and punished during Colonial times. Balance of the day at leisure. Overnight. (B,O)
Day 6: Salvador - Recife After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your short flight to Recife. Assistance upon arrival and transfer to hotel. Balance of the day at leisure. Overnight. (B,O)
Day 7: Recife Breakfast. Today's city tour will take you to see Recife colonial architecture and its historical downtown area, including the Brennand Ceramic Studios and the Casa da Cultura handicraft market. After Recife, you go to the colonial town of Olinda, a World Heritage Monument, which boasts a wealth of Colonial architecture, notable the houses and churches of Alto da Se, whilst its historical heritage keeps alive the story of Colonial Brazil. Day 8: Recife - Manaus After Breakfast, transfer to the airport for your short flight to Manaus. Assistance upon arrival and transfer to Ecopark Lodge. After regional lunch, visit to Monkey Jungle to observe the surrounding wildlife habitat. Return to lodge for dinner. After dinner, take a night excursion to go Alligator spotting by flashlight. Day 9: Amazon Ecopark Lodge After breakfast, you will take a morning hike by its natural surroundings. Regional lunch followed by a visit to the home of local Amazonian residents (caboclos) with an opportunity for piranha fishing. Dinner. (B,O)
Day 10: Amazon Ecopark Lodge - Iguassu Falls Breakfast. Depart for a full day meeting of the waters, including lunch at floating restaurant. Return to Manaus airport at late afternoon for your flight to Iguassu. Assistance upon arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight. (B,O)
Day 11: Iguassu Falls Breakfast. Enjoy a tour to the Brazilian and Argentinean sides of the magnificent falls. View the Falls from the platform overlooking Devils Throat; the main falls, from where the Iguassu River precipitates. (B,O)
Day 12: Iguassu Falls - Final Destination After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to airport for your departure flight back home. (B,O)
